Our Venues at Dierewerf

We have two outdoor party areas, the Varkhokkie and Pandokkie, and one indoor venue, the Klein Skuur.

Timeslots (includes setup and break down):

  • Morning: 09:00 – 12:00
  • Afternoon: 13:30 – 16:30

Please ensure you vacate the party area when your timeslot ends. This allows us to prepare the venue for the next party, ensuring their experience is just as special as yours. Afterwards, you are welcome to enjoy the rest of the afternoon at Dierewerf and Roofdierpark. Dierewerf features a playpark, bike track, sandpits, farm animals, and a jungle gym. You can also visit our Food Court to purchase food and drinks.

Kindly note: If the venue is not vacated by the end of your timeslot, a R1500 fine will be applied.

Decor Guidelines

You are welcome to get creative and decorate your little one’s party area! Please note the following:

  • We do not provide any décor, cutlery, or crockery.
  • We will supply tables and chairs for the kids, and benches for the adults.
  • We will do our best to match the chair colors to your party theme.
  • If you’ve ordered a drink station, we will provide ice and glasses.

Please remember:

  • No confetti or balloons filled with confetti are allowed.
  • If you have a décor company, please confirm their drop-off and collection time before the party. (Collections are not allowed after 16:40)

Access Information

A gate pass will be sent to the host before the event. It is the host’s responsibility to share this pass with all guests attending the party. Guests must show the gate pass at the entrance gate for access.

How to Book

  1. Contact us to check availability
  2. Select timeslot and venue
  3. Choose Option 1 or 2 (“Klara or Dotty”)
  4. Send your booking form and proof of deposit
  5. Final arrangements 5 days prior to the party date
  6. Final invoice to be paid 2 days prior to your event
  7. Have some FUN with our furry friends on the farm!

Outdoor Venue: Dierewerf

Timeslots: 09:00 – 12:00 / 13:30 – 16:30 (includes setup and break down)
Venue Fee: R2000

Venue Fee Details:

  • Includes access to Roofdierpark and Dierewerf for up to 40 adults.
  • For every additional adult over 40, there is an extra charge of R120 per adult.
  • Grants access to the party area for 3 hours, including set-up and break-down time.
  • Time slots available: 09:00–12:00 or 13:30–16:30
  • You are welcome to bring your own cake or cupcakes.
  • All drinks must be purchased from Vredenheim Dierewerf.
  • You are required to choose Option 1 or 2: Klara the Sheep or Dotty the Pig.
  • A jumping castle can be added at an additional cost of R800.

Option 1 – Klara the Sheep: R140 per child

  • Access to Dierewerf & Roofdierpark
  • Animal feed packets

Option 2 – Dotty the Pig: R185 per child

  • Access to Dierewerf & Roofdierpark
  • Animal feed packets

We supply a brown party box containing juice, sweets, cheese stick, & a fruit stick.

Indoor Venue: Klein Skuur

Drinks & Food

Pre-order drinks no later than the Wednesday before your party. Guests are welcome to visit the food court on the day for additional beverages, food, or snacks. You’re welcome to bring your own cake and cupcakes. No outside drinks are allowed.

  • Beer bucket (beer & ciders) R690 – 10 beers / 10 ciders
  • Soft bucket (mixed flavours) R440 – 10 soft drinks / 10 water
  • Wine bucket R650 – 2 Sauvignon Blanc, 2 Rosé, 1 Merlot, 1 Sparkling wine
  • 5L Juice / 5L water

Terms & Conditions

  • Die Klein Skuur, Vredenheim Dierewerf, Roofdierpark, or Wildsritte do not accept any responsibility for injuries.
  • The host is responsible and liable for any damage or loss caused to venues.
  • No outside beverages are allowed.
  • Use of facilities and interaction with animals is at your own risk.
  • Smoking is not permitted.
  • Late departure will result in a R1500 fine.
  • Cancellations must be in writing; deposits may be refunded as vouchers.
  • No braais are allowed. Light music is permitted.
  • The timeslot is reserved once deposit and booking form are submitted.
  • Entrance included in the package is only valid for the day of the event.

Booking Form

Once you have completed the booking form, you will be redirected to a secure payment page to pay the required deposit. Please note that your booking is not yet confirmed at this stage. The team at Vredenheim will review your request and confirm your preferred date and time slot. You will receive confirmation once your booking has been successfully processed.
